  • March 21, 2017: Kelly Folger presented Fundamentals of Insurance Ethics to the Spokane CPCU Society Chapter at its Annual Ethics Day. The presentation involved discussions of ethical dilemmas faced by insurance professionals and solutions for resolving them. 
  • Throughout 2017, Traci Lagasse presented Ethics & Good Faith: Tripartite Conflicts to numerous insurance companies and claims representatives. 

2016

  • September 16, 2016: Jennifer Branch served as a panelist during a presentation entitled Confused by the Smoke? (Almost) Everything You Wanted to Know about Marijuana in the Workplace but Were Afraid to Ask at the National Association of Minority and Women Law Firm’s annual conference in Houston.
  • July 3, 2016: Jennifer Branch spoke about San Diego’s Earned Sick Leave & Minimum Wage Ordinance for WS Radio – during their HR Insights Hour, Sponsored by San Diego Society for Human Resource Management.

Ms. Folger’s presentation, A Primer on Insurance Ethics, focused on the fundamental ethical duties of insurance professionals and best practices for confronting unethical conduct.
