The Families First Coronavirus Response Act and its Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act: What Employers Need to Know
The President has just signed into law the emergency Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), in response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). This new law is effective April 1, 2020.
