Ms. Sepasi’s practice is focused on representing employers in all aspects of employment law, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour violations, workplace investigations, employee classification disputes, and other workplace misconduct. Ms. Sepasi represents clients in single-plaintiff matters as well as wage and hour class and collective actions, including representative actions under California’s Private Attorney General Act (PAGA). In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Sepasi devotes a significant part of her practice to the advice and counseling of employers in their day-to-day issues, audits, investigations and workplace investigations.

Prior to joining ALBB, Ms. Sepasi was an attorney at two national labor and employment firms, where she gained substantial experience representing clients in various industries including restaurants and hospitality, retail, healthcare, finance and emerging technology.

Outside of ALBB, Ms. Sepasi volunteers with the Animal Hope & Wellness Foundation and is involved in the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, spending time near the ocean, hiking, and having brunch with family and friends. Ms. Sepasi is also fluent in Spanish and Farsi.
