Eric B. Alden

Eric B. Alden is an Associate at Andrews • Lagasse • Branch & Bell LLP. His practice includes representing individuals, corporations, and organizations in professional liability and general liability matters. Mr. Alden represents the firm’s institutional and construction clients in the defense of a variety of general liability claims, ranging from catastrophic injuries and fatalities resulting from construction site accidents to electrical shock cases to premises liability claims. Mr. Alden also specializes in the representation of a variety of professionals, including real estate agents and brokers related to the purchase and sale of residential and commercial buildings, accountants, mortgage brokers, and insurance professionals.

Prior to joining Andrews • Lagasse • Branch & Bell LLP, Mr. Alden worked for a civil litigation law firm where he litigated personal injury, real property, and construction matters.

Mr. Alden received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2012. While in law school, he interned with various nonprofits and public entities, including the California Army National Guard where he tracked federal and state legislation to revise the California National Guard Legal Guide. In 2009, Mr. Alden earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of San Diego, where he also spent a semester in Washington D.C. as an intern for Congressman Ric Keller.

Mr. Alden is admitted to the State Bar of California and the Southern District of California. He is a member of the St. Thomas More Society of San Diego and the Federalist Society. In his free time, he enjoys cooking with his wife and making memories with his family at Disneyland.
