![]() Allison L. SnellAllison Snell is an associate at Andrews • Lagasse • Branch & Bell LLP. Her practice focuses on employment litigation and the defense of corporations and organizations in a variety of legal claims, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour matters, and employee classification issues. Ms. Snell also counsels employers on all types of personnel matters, including the preparation of personnel policies and procedures, the development and implementation of affirmative action plans, preparation for Department of Labor audits, and compliance with federal regulations applicable to government contractors. Prior to joining Andrews • Lagasse • Branch & Bell LLP, Ms. Snell was a member of the Litigation Department at Sempra Energy, where she litigated employment, business, land use, and tort cases. Ms. Snell received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2007. During law school, Ms. Snell clerked at the San Diego District Attorney's Office and the California Attorney General's Office, and volunteered as a mediator with the National Conflict Resolution Center. In 2003, Ms. Snell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from the University of San Diego. Ms. Snell is admitted to the State Bar of California, and is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, Lawyers Club of San Diego, and the Surfrider Foundation.
