Super Lawyers

We are honored to have all four of our partners voted Super Lawyers® in 2009 & 2010. This prestigious award is given to the top 5% of San Diego attorneys in their designated areas of practice. Jonathan Andrews, Jennifer Branch and Margaret Bell were recognized in the area of Employment & Labor Law. Traci Lagasse was recognized in the area of Professional Liability Defense.

In 2010, Ms. Branch and Ms. Bell were also selected as two of the Top 25 Women Lawyers in San Diego and Mr. Andrews was selected as one of the Top 50 Lawyers in San Diego.

Super Lawyers is a listing of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained the highest degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis, utilizing a rigorous three phase process: First, a candidate pool is created through peer nominations. Candidates are then evaluated and the list narrowed based on 12 factors: verdicts and settlements, transactions, representative clients, experience, honors and awards, special licenses and certifications, position within law firm, bar and or other professional activity, pro bono and community service as a lawyer, scholarly lectures and writings, education and employment background, and other outstanding achievements. The final candidates are grouped according to their primary areas of practice and rated by their peers on a scale of one to ten. Those with the highest point totals from each category are selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers listing.
